Sponda buys St Petersburg office for $11. HELSINKI, Nov 1 - Finnish real estate firm Sponda has bought an office property in central St Petersburg, Russia for $11. The property, which has leasable office premises of 2,730 square meters, is fully leased, Sponda said. Gold closes higher in Hong Kong at US$793.
